We are very happy to announce that Luka Bloom will be playing a special concert in An Sanctoir in Ballydehob on June the 17th to raise funds for the Two Rivers Kindergarten. The Clonakilty games festival is running again this year for the 3rd time and has some great treats on offer for games enthusiasts, kids, families and anyone who likes a bit of competitive fun! On Fridays we have Rice, Lentils and Bean Sprouts at the Kindergarten. Ingredients 1 Cup of Short grain Brown rice 1/2 cup of brown lentils 3 cups of water Olive oil & Tamari (we mix a little tamari with a lot of oil in a jar and shake it well) Bean sprouts (see how we prepare our sprouts here) Method Cook the rice and lentils until all the water is gone.
