On Fridays we have Rice, Lentils and Bean Sprouts at the Kindergarten.
1 Cup of Short grain Brown rice
1/2 cup of brown lentils
3 cups of water
Olive oil & Tamari (we mix a little tamari with a lot of oil in a jar and shake it well)
Bean sprouts (see how we prepare our sprouts here)
Cook the rice and lentils until all the water is gone. Keep the lid on to steam the rice some more.
Serve with olive oil & tamari and bean sprouts.
