On Wednesdays we make millet for lunch at the Kindergarten.
1 Cup of Millet
1 Cup of Water
Olive Oil & Tamari (we mix a little tamari with a lot of oil in a jar and shake it well)
Cook at a low heat, stirring continuously, until all the water is gone.
Keep the lid on to steam the millet further
Chop up fruit
Serve millet with olive oil and tamari, natural yoghurt and fruit
